As this year comes to a close, it has been a very un-Merry Christmas

This second half of 2015 has seen some untimely and unexpected losses. Last September it was the early passing of Aries Rufo, award winning senior investigative reporter of Rappler. On the night before Christmas, Philippine Daily Inquirer Editor-in-Chief, Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc, was taken from us last night. As we say good-bye to this year, I would like to bid, "Adieu" to these two respected journalists. You may both no longer be with us to see 2016, but what you wrote will always remain with us. It is now for us who remain to reflect and ask ourselves how we can face this New Year living up to the highest ethical standards. Aries Rufo and Letty Jimenez-Magsinoc, you will be missed. God took the both of you far too soon!
